Rehearsal Dinner After Party
Start with your rehearsal dinner at a downtown restaurant, then complete the evening with desserts, champagne, and baby videos of the bride and groom featured on the big screen. Great for out of town guests that won’t be attending the rehearsal dinner.

Cinematic Wedding Ceremony
Have a traditional wedding ceremony, or create a theme based on your favorite movie, in one of New Hampshire’s historic movie theaters. Your wedding wishes will be featured on the marquee.

Farewell Brunch
Your photographer provides a highlight reel of the wedding and we play it on the big screen. European breakfast provided by Farm House Table, featuring fresh croissants, pastries, bagels/cream cheese, seasonal fresh fruit, coffee/espresso, tea.

*Rental begins one hour before event for set-up & one hour after for tear-down. Three hour minimum rental per event.

+ Rental rate is for use of the theatre and one on-site staff member; food and beverage is additional and is priced based on number of guests.

Seating for 95 with 2 additional spaces for wheelchairs.

Description of Facilities
Peterborough Community Theatre is located in downtown Peterborough, NH and has an intimate lobby with a cream color scheme. The theatre has one movie screen and 5 speakers, black upholstered seats and red curtains. There is a long aisle leading to the
front of the theatre where (3) 5’ tables can easily be placed. There are two fire exits on either side of the theater. The lobby is handicap accessible.

There are two restrooms in the lobby and a private dressing area in an on-site personal residence.

We have two handheld microphones available. We can also play music of your choice, through the speaker system, when provided on CD.

Availability and Terms
Reservations should be made six months to a year in advance. A security deposit of $250 and a damage deposit of $150 are required to reserve the date(s) of your event. The security deposit will be applied to your final bill; this fee is non-refundable if you cancel any part of your event at PCT. Your balance is due one week before your event begins. The damage deposit will be refunded, if there is no damage and the facility is clean, 2-3 weeks after your event.

Engagement videos, baby videos, and highlight reel to be provided by the bridal party on a thumb drive in a .mov format only. Engagement and baby videos to be provided one week in advance of the event for compatibility testing on our digital system.

We are located next to a municipal lot with parking for 45. There is also street parking available.

Handicap Facilities
There is a wheelchair ramp in our lobby as well as an ADA compliant restroom.

Book all 4 events for $2,475 – $4,500++, or choose a la carte based on the hourly rate. Food and beverage for the Rehearsal Dinner After Party and the Farewell Brunch are extra, based on the number of guests.

++Minimum rates based on 3 hours per event when booking all 4 events, depending on the day of the week of the rental.
